JAMES P. HILDEBRAND, DC, DABCO
Dr. James P. Hildebrand is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and earned a Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor, Canada. He is a board-certified Chiropractic Orthopedist with postgraduate training from National Chiropractic College. He attained certification in Chiropractic Rehabilitation from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Additionally, he did postgraduate training in Chiropractic Forensics at the University of Bridgeport.
Dr. Hildebrand serves on the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, administering examinations for licensure of new graduates. He has received a certificate of recognition from the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) for delivering quality back pain care and has completed the Excellus BCBS Primary Spine Provider Program. He is a member of numerous state and national chiropractic organizations and has served on the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors for the NY State Chiropractic Association. Dr. Hildebrand is a member of the panels for Excellus BCBS, MVP, Aetna, United Health Care, Medicare, and WellCare.
Since his retirement from active patient care, Dr. Hildebrand enjoys time with friends and family, as well as golfing, gardening, and completing home projects.
FRED L. SANFILIPO, DC, DACBO
Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist
Dr. Fred SanFilipo is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) and continued his postgraduate studies in orthopedics at National College of Chiropractic, after which he attained board Certification in Chiropractic Orthopedics.
Dr. Fred has received specialized training from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and is certified in the management of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders, and Whiplash associated disorders. He has also obtained postgraduate training at NYCC and is certified for the management of soft tissue disorders using the ConnecTX Technique.
Dr. Fred was previously an adjunct staff member at Community College of the Finger Lakes where he taught Human Anatomy and Physiology. Currently, he holds a post as an Adjunctive Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences at NYCC, where he has taught for over 25 years.
He has served as a volunteer clinician at both the Mercy Outreach Health Center and at St. Josephs Neighborhood Center for the uninsured and under insured of the Greater Rochester Area.
Dr. Fred is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and is a fellow of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedics. He is a providing panel member of several insurance companies including Medicare,Excellus/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care and MVP.
He and his wife Michelle have been married for over 35 years and have 4 grown children. Dr. Fred's interests include gardening, primitive/antique firearms and is an avid outdoorsman.
MICHAEL L. SANFILIPO, MS, DC
Dr. Michael SanFilipo is a graduate of Penn State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Biology. He then went on to the New York Chiropractic College and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2013 where he was awarded with the Liberio A. Violini Distinguished Service Health Center Award for his outstanding clinical performance and has completed his Master’s Degree in Human Anatomy and Physiology through the New York Chiropractic College.
Dr. Mike has been trained with using low force techniques including activator and flexion distraction, as well as standard adjustment therapies. In addition to working at the office, Dr. Mike holds a teaching post at New York Chiropractic College and runs an instructional clinic treating the residents at Monroe Community Hospital. He volunteers his services at Mercy outreach and St. Josephs Neighborhood center.
Dr. Mike is a resident of Spencerport, NY and is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, as well as watching sports. He also enjoys reading history and engages in 18th to 19th century style cooking.
